MRI Report of Knee - Clarifications?

I've been living with a torn miniscus for over 10 years now. They performed arthroscopic surgery on it 8 years ago, with a moderate improvement but not a total cure. Yours sounds similar to mine. The "complex tear" means its torn unevenly meaning they'll probably have to remove more than they'd like when they do your surgery. Expect a bit of a rough time ahead. Be sure to follow through on all the physio they'll recommend, and not to return to work too quickly
