What do you think Illegal obtain tens of thousands of federal dollars in medical istance all FREE?

ok i used to work for a big insurance company and i know medicare doesnt pay for a pump. hell even private insurance rarely covered it... so where are the federal funds supposedly coming from? I think its a nice try and angering Americans with false information.
